All donations made to SHYAM TRUST are voluntary. By making a donation, you represent that the funds are from a legal source. Please note:

• Donations are non-refundable once the transaction is completed.
• Donors must provide accurate PAN details to claim 80G tax exemption certificates.
• Receipts will be issued to the email address provided during the donation process.

2. Payment Security

We use PhonePe Payment Gateway for all financial transactions. SHYAM TRUST does not store your credit card or bank credentials. Any disputes regarding the payment process should be directed to the respective banking institution or the payment gateway provider.

3. Use of Content

The logos, images, and text on this website (including the brand name Eco Wildlife Tour and SHYAM TRUST) are the intellectual property of the organization. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

4. Volunteer Participation

Applying for a volunteer position does not guarantee selection. Volunteers are expected to maintain the highest level of integrity and adhere to the organization's code of conduct during field operations.

5. Limitation of Liability

SHYAM TRUST will not be held liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on its website, even if an authorized representative has been notified of the possibility of such damage.
